Toronto FC will host the Spanish powerhouse club in an international friendly Aug. 7 at BMO Field.
Manchester United received an unconditional offer Thursday of C$145.2 million for Ronaldo, meaning the World Player of the Year will likely be with his new club when it embarks on a pre-season tour of North America, starting in Toronto and finishing in Washington, D.C. two days later.
Toronto FC officials had no comment on the Ronaldo transaction, as the team prepares to host the New York Red Bulls on Saturday.
Tickets for the Real Madrid friendly start at $140 and runs all the way up to $215. Toronto FC season seat holders can buy tickets starting at $125.
Public ticket sales for the match will begin Monday, June 22
