India's first underwater film Blue which is also Bollywood's first film to be shot in the Bahamas had a lot of money being invested in it. Tony said the budget was high since that was the only place in the world where he could shoot with live sharks. Also, food and drinking water for them had to come from Florida which added to the budget.
