The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has asked the coaching staff

KARACHI: The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has asked the coaching staff of the national team to prepare a training plan for their three-match bilateral series against India which is starting in England late next month.

Although coach Tariq Lutfi could not be contacted but other team sources told ‘The News’ that the PFF has given them a green signal about the tour and has asked for a blue-print regarding training and other relevant process.

It is expected that a ten-day camp, which will be possible only in the nights because of Ramadan, will be held in Lahore before the team departs for London tentatively on August 24.

As per tentative itinerary, both the arch-rivals will face each other for the first time on neutral soil on August 28 at the Barry Town FC Ground in Manchester, followed by matches at the Coventry FC Ground in Coventry on September 3 and Western United FC Ground in London on September 11.
